Continua a busca por um serial killer conhecido como o "Estrangulador de Polish Hill", que já fez 4 vítimas. O corpo nu de Arlene Dunn foi resgatado do Rio Ohio. A polícia havia sido alertada do crime pelo assassino, que depois de cada assassinato telefona para zombar, tocando a canção do Chapeuzinho Vermelho.
